With its unique design and robust performance, the Aquacleen Unit has been specially designed for low pressure blast cleaning.
Primarily a slurry blast machine, the Aquacleen Unit can also be used as a conventional dry blast machine. Using pressures as low as 5 psi (5 bar) and controlling the media and water volume, makes this machine an ideal tool for cleaning masonry, particularly when using calcium carbonate as the media to clean surfaces such as Portland Stone.

 

However the Aquacleen unit can also use other types of blast media and performs with equal efficiency on the toughest job. Because of its unique design the Aquacleen is able to offer the operator a wash down facility.

A high specification slurry blast machine that gives a smooth blast with no constant blocking up or surging and incorporating a unique wash down facility when the grit valve is shut down.

The unit can be used with different types of media for differing substrates. Completely self contained an easily moved around any site this machine offers the following benefits and features.

It features pressure regulation and has grit shutdown allowing a water wash down facility and is easy to operate. The benefits of using a slurry blast system is that it reduces the dust normally associated with blasting considerably, it is also suitable for most substrates particularly soft masonry using the right pressure and media. Being mounted on wheels makes the machine portable on most sites.
