All vessels are manufactured only from Certificated Steel with ISO traceability in accordance with Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23EC.
Machines pictured are shown in various formats to include Manual Systems, Remote Control Systems, Water Separators, Grit Metering Valve, Flat Sand Valves with and without optional items such are breathing air units, lids and sieves.
Standard UK machines are fitted with Remote Control Valve, Water Separators, Grit Metering Valve, 3000 PSI HP Tee, 3000 PSI HP nipple connection to pot coupling. Full systems come complete with Scorpion Helmet, Cape, Regulator, Breathing Air Unit, 10mts Hose, dead mans handle, control lines, Lid, Sieve and 500 hour tungsten carbide blast nozzle sized to customer choice.
Naturally we vary specification to suit customer requirements and budget, with common additions being pressure regulators (for more control over your Blast Machine), Micro Valves and Thompson Valves.

BL1080

Despite being the smallest machine in our range with a capacity of
15ltrs the BL 1080 is designed, built, tested and runs at the same
pressures as our larger machines. This machine is not to be confused
with the amateur/diy products on the market, it does exactly the same
job as a machine 4 times its size! Its main applications are commonly
found in glass etching, stone mason work, gas pipe encapsulation,
for use with cabinets or simply for portability and ease of access.

BL14160
 |
The most common multi purpose portable size in the domestic market,
due to its size, ease of movement and portability. Capable of using full
size hose and still be transportable in an estate car!!
Again a full size machine in terms of its ability, without the weight and
size obstacles that can be caused by large machines.

Identical to the BL14160 with the simple addition of an axel tube in the
handles allowing contractors to get the unit off and on of vehicles with

BL20300
 |
An outstanding mix of size and capacity, with the benefit of a 45
degree cone, allowing for superior slippage of abrasive. The BL 20300 is suitable
for near static applications or portable applications alike, and is the largest selling
unit size manufactured by us supplied to the UK market.

BL24650
 |
Large capacity blast machine, suitable for portable use, (allowing for
its size), and static use in every area from fabrication to shipyards and
oil fields. The BL24650 gives a blast time of between 45-55 minutes
making it the machine of choice for larger contracts.

BL24650S

Identical to the BL24650 with the exception that it stands on a static
tripod leg system, rather than a single leg and axel. The BL24650S is
specifically designed for installation into static blast rooms, or to be
permanently mounted on a vehicle for contract use.

BL24650 60

Available as either wheeled or static the BL24650 60 is an extension of
our volume unit the BL24560, with the addition of a 60 degree cone.
This allows for a great improvement in “slippage” of abrasive over a
standard unit and a notable increase in capacity. As with the BL24650
the BL24650 60 is suitable for all applications, with the advantage of
being designed to use more specialist abrasives such as bi carb, calcium
carbonate and plastic. Standard machines are only available with either
Thompson Valve or Micro Valve, as these allow the overall height to be
reduced for ease of filling. We are though of course able to supply taller units
to accommodate Grit Valves and Flat Sand Valves to order.

| BL24650 HP 60 |
This is the latest refinement of our range and ISO. The HP 60s
have all the benefits of a high pressure 12 bar machine, with the advantages
in capacity, abrasive choice and slippage that a 60 degree cone provides.
The pressure calculations for the shape of the cone itself requires that we use
substantially thicker material than either our standard machine or our standard
HP machine. Naturally this makes this unit our heaviest machine, but ensures ISO
approval, making it safe and capable. Due to weight we recommend these machines
are only supplied with castors as shown
These units are designed as with the standard BL24650 60 to operate
with either Thompson Valves or Micro Valves, to maintain ease of
operation in machine height. We are though of course able to supply
taller units to accommodate Grit Valves and Flat Sand Valves to order.

BL24900

For more serious application when just capacity is an issue we can supply
to order the BL24900, a 300 lts capacity bulk blasting machine, which the
capacity and duration of operation needed, but without the complexity of a
multi chamber unit.
